Open data: bids per buyer and contracts ending

Two CSV files, rebuilt every day from Find a Tender and Contracts Finder. Last built 2026-10-09. Free to use, including commercially, under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Please say where it came from, for example: “Source: BidCount analysis of Find a Tender and Contracts Finder data, Open Government Licence v3.0, 2026-10-09.”

Buyer bid statistics

buyer-bid-statistics.csv: one row per public buyer with at least ten contract awards since October 2023 and something open, planned or ending now.

Contracts ending

contracts-ending.csv: contracts from award notices worth at least £50,000, with a term of 12 to 120 months, whose scheduled end date is in the next 12 months.

Limits

Bid counts describe a buyer's history; they are not a forecast for any tender. Contracts Finder stopped receiving most new tender notices in March 2025 under the Procurement Act, so this covers what Find a Tender and the remaining Contracts Finder notices show. Read the full method.
