What we collect

• Anonymous usage: which filters and buttons are used, votes such as "I'd bid", errors and page speed, linked only by a random code that lives in your browser's memory and disappears when you reload. No cookies, no stored IP address, no browser fingerprint, no tracking across sites. Our host may keep short-lived technical logs.
• Feedback: your message, and your email only if you give it, to reply.
• Business profile and waitlist: the sectors, regions, job sizes, turnover band, insurance level and accreditations you choose are used in your browser to filter the list and to give each tender a call (worth a bid, look closer, probably pass). They are kept in the page address, not on our servers, unless you join the waitlist. If you tick "Remember my answers", they are also saved in this browser's local storage on your device (tr_profile, plus tr_seen: the ids of the open tenders you have already seen, so the page can mark what is new). We cannot see it; it is never sent to us unless you join the waitlist. Remove it any time with "Forget my answers" in the command menu, or by clearing this site's data in your browser. The "Copy brief for my AI" and "Copy these questions" buttons only put text on your clipboard: nothing is sent from the page. If you join, we store your email, that profile and your price answer, on the basis of your consent, to tell you about this service and to decide what to build and charge.

How long we keep it

Anonymous usage events: 12 months. Feedback: 24 months. Waitlist entries: 24 months or until you ask us to remove them. We delete on request, normally within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent and stop emails, at any time, by emailing jake@okii.uk or writing to the address above. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
